i found the location convenient! the staff was quite helpful and very kind. the room was functional, and i appreciated the complimentary water provided. the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, assuring me sound sleep.
my room was a bit small, and there wasn't enough space to open my luggage comfortably. there also wasn't a plug in the bathroom, so i had to use the hairdryer in the bedroom, a slight inconvenience.

The staff was very attentive, providing quick assistance when needed, especially during check-in and check-out procedures. They seemed genuinely interested in, and i appreciated their readiness to help.

The hotel features very clean premises, and it felt secure , always a priority. I also found a workspace available during the day, a plus for catching up on some emails.

the complimentary cheese and wine offered on tuesday was a pleasant surprise!!! i enjoyed the selection. the hotel also serves a good breakfast with many choices to select.

The location was perfect. Everything was so accessible! the blackout blinds in the room worked well,. i found the staff to be very kind and helpful, it. baggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out. This was super convenient.
i noticed there were no towel hooks in the bathroom, it was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is close to major attractions! covent garden is just a short walk away, with trafalgar square also nearby. its proximity to various theatres makes it a fantastic base for seeing shows.

the hotel offers a bar with food, convenient when other places are closed late at night. having access to food and drinks on-site really added to the ease of my stay. it's nice to have options available without having to venture out again.

The location was excellent for accessing many sites. Staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean upon arrival and well-kept .
The room size was smaller than expected. Storage space in the room was quite limited and inconvenient. The bed felt firmer than I prefer, affecting sleep quality.
