the room had sky tv. oat milk was available in addition to cow's milk, which i liked. the location is really good for theatres and the tube.

I found the location ideal for getting around.. it was very central. The room was indeed compact but very clean. I really liked the complimentary water and tea provided in the room. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The room had a small window, which limited the amount of natural light.

convenient check-in friendly staff firm mattress
I found that dropping off my bags before check-in was convenient. The staff seemed very friendly and also helpful. The comfortable, firm mattress did contribute to good sleep.
I noticed the rooms are indeed very small. Storage for luggage is quite minimal.
