easy access friendly staff good breakfast
The location is excellent with easy access to the underground. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I found the breakfast to be adequate with a good selection of items (the pastries were a treat!).

The breakfast included several choices , and the staff was friendly. The room had a kettle, and the Wi-Fi worked with no issues.
I noticed the fan in the bathroom made quite a bit of noise , and it was disruptive.

convenient location helpful staff clean room
i stayed for a few nights and found the location very convenient. it was near the earls court tube station (i found it especially useful). the staff was helpful. my room was clean and included everything needed.
the bed wasn't very comfortable.

the location near the tube station was convenient. my room was quite large, and the recently updated toilet was appreciated. the wifi worked without issue. breakfast had a good selection. the staff was friendly and helpful.
