airport transfersquiet roomattentive staff
The Hoppa bus stop to Heathrow terminals was very close, only a two-minute walk. This detail makes airport transfers easy. My room was quiet because the windows offered sound-proofing. Morning staff was very thoughtful and attentive and they helped me with directions. I could store luggage at the hotel to explore Windsor without any hassle.
The variety of teas and coffees was very basic.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The sleeping area and the bathroom offered generous space (which was a definite plus). The hotel's proximity to Heathrow made it very convenient. It was quiet, despite being right under the flight path.
The iron in my room was broken (it didn't work). There were also not enough tea and coffee provisions offered. The only food option was pizza, which seemed quite limited since there were only a couple of other restaurants nearby.

fantastic Stay Near Heathrow!

the room was quite spacious, and i appreciated the shuttle bus service to the airport. It's only 7 minutes and avoided any traffic early in the morning. there's also a amazing italian restaurant just a short 3-minute walk away!!!
the toilet flush was a bit problematic, i had to hold it down longer than usual.

The receptionist was helpful with directions and information. They answered all my questions with patience and a genuine smile. check-in was quick and easy, too, which i found much appreciated after a long journey.

the hotel's proximity to terminal 5 is a definite plus! the 703 bus stops right outside and costs only £1.50, a very convenient and affordable option. the ride to the terminal is about 8 minutes.

i observed that parking was available, though i chose to park on the street just 2 minutes away. there is a pub right across the street and it serves thai food, a great option for a quick bite.

the sound insulation was EXCELLENT, i didn't hear any noise despite being near the flight path. the room itself had lots of space and was very clean. i also found the environment relaxed.

I found the hotel to be excellent. Check-in was easy, and the staff members were very friendly. The room was spacious , and it was kept spotlessly clean. The shuttle service to terminal 5 was convenient. Both the shuttle and local buses stopped right outside the hotel.
During my visit , the air conditioning in the room was not adjustable. I found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. This made the room somewhat stuffy.

Though I departed before breakfast, the hotel offers evening meals , and a Thai restaurant sits across the road. I noticed an Italian restaurant just a short walk away, and the local pub offered a warm atmosphere. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from.

The customer service was excellent. They provided accurate information on reaching the hotel from the airport , and they seemed genuinely interested in.

My room included complementary teas , coffees , and hot chocolate. The shower worked very well. A clothesline was even included. I had everything I needed to feel at home , and the room felt modern with a clean design.

The room was clean and very quiet. I appreciated the convenient access to transportation. I could easily reach the airport using nearby public transport. The hotel is near several dining options.
There was no refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient.
