Excellent stay near ExCel!

The location proved perfect for ExCel. Many shops are nearby, easy to grab essentials. Transport links were easily accessible. I enjoyed the good runs around dockside.
The in-room coffee machine did not work. I meant to report it, but I didn't get around to it.

Staff members were accommodating and helpful. They ensured requests were handled efficiently. The check-in process was quick and easy. I found the staff consistently friendly and ready to assist with any questions.

The staff was friendly. i appreciated the good variety at breakfast and vegan alternatives were available. it took some time to request them. the hotel accepted packages i ordered for an event. It was convenient.
my colleagues had better room facilities even though we paid the same price. they had bottled water, cookies, a nespresso machine, robes, and slippers, but i did not have these. i did not realize this until we left! though the carpet was badly stained.

the staff greeted me always with smiles and warmth, i seemed like home. my double sweet room by ibis had a lovely view of the docks. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions, it saved much time on my travels.
the breakfast area seemed crowded during peak hours, it made it a little difficult to find seating.

The breakfast had enough options and was replenished quickly. Staff members were very nice and accommodating. They stored luggage safely . The location was perfect for the Elizabeth line and the Excel.
The bed dipped noticeably in the middle. The quilt underneath the duvet cover had stains and looked worn. I asked for a quiet room and instead experienced significant street noise. The soundproofing was terrible and led to poor sleep.
