I was very pleased with the efficient service at reception. Jay was particularly friendly and helpful with my check-in process. The room was very clean upon arrival and well-kept . The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature.
I noticed some noise from the ventilation system. It was consistent. but somewhat noticeable at night.

The location was central. It helped to navigate the area easily. the check-in process was simple. I found it very convenient. sayaam was helpful. He provided excellent service. the bed and sheets were comfortable. It was a nice experience.
the air conditioning unit was a little difficult to adjust, somewhat inconvenient.

The location was acceptable. It was right next to Tottenham Court Road station.
The air conditioning did not work well. I could not change the setting. The room became too warm. More hooks on the walls are beneficial. I needed places to hang my belongings.
