The room was not properly cleaned. I found large deposits of dirt on the floor, and it was not hoovered. I had to clean the floor with a towel. It came up black!

The location was prime! Access to transit was very convenient. I found many options for food and drinks nearby. Online check in was straightforward, and I got codes for the doors easily.

The air unit in apartment was very noisy. I could only switch it off by switching all electric off, so I could not charge devices. A set of sockets did not work and the secondary security door downstairs did not lock.

I appreciated the central location near public transport. Waterloo Station is a short walk away. The room included good kitchen equipment and utensils. It was really handy to have a dishwasher. The bed provided very nice comfort.

I found one of the bath towels had a stain.
