the room was spacious and clean. It included a fridge, REALLY useful during the hot weather. a big wall fan. i could leave my car in the car park after checkout to sightsee and got public transport info too.
the toilet roll holder in my room was broken. I had to keep the curtains ALWAYS drawn for privacy because of people looking in from the courtyard, so no natural light came in.

the staff helped me get my big bag upstairs and were very helpful. On departure, the owner allowed me to leave my car to see the city. He also gave me information on local public transport options.

there WAS a fridge in the room, very convenient for storing food and drinks. This was especially helpful because the weather was quite warm. The room also had coffee and tea available.

this hotel has a very convenient location, with easy access to transport. Stratford underground station is nearby, and bus stops are just across the road. it was EASY to get around the area.

the room was very clean , and i liked the spaciousness. free parking was a very pleasant surprise , as i did not expect this in the city.
there were no other toiletries in the room apart from soap.

The location was GREAT, and the staff were helpful enough. The room offered ample space and felt acceptably warm.
The cleanliness was completely lacking. I also noticed a distinct smell of smoke in the room and it lingered. It was quite unpleasant. I think the hotel should address this issue .

i booked this place directly. the location has good links to public transportation. the room included a mini fridge, which i found helpful. it also had a fan, and this helped during the warmer days.
the check-in process felt a little impersonal.
