the room was clean. the shower was great. the staff were friendly, something i always admire.
there were no toiletries in the room. the listing said there would be wifi, but it was disabled. it didn't work. minimal reception from vodafone did not help either.

The room was SO clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I really liked the fluffy towels!!!
There were no toiletries provided in the room, I was very sad. The WiFi was listed but it did not work at all. The bar and restaurant being closed was a HUGE disappointment.

The staff provided good welcome and assistance. My room faced the building's back, offering a quiet location and view. The front was on a busy road, but no noise reached my room. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided in the room. A hairdryer was also available.
I found the door handle difficult to lock and unlock. I struggled with it. The kettle did not fit under the bathroom tap for filling. Both glasses in the room smelled of bleach.
