dirty beddingurine smell
The room was not clean. The bedding was used. hairs were present on the bathroom tiles. i found the overall state of cleanliness unacceptable. the stairs had a noticeable urine smell. this is a serious hygiene concern.

The location was convenient close to a shopping center. The bed linen felt FRESH and clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere near the shopping center, especially at night. I found the staff efficient and helpful during my brief stay. They quickly addressed my questions.
