The staff was very friendly. The bedroom was clean and the sheets too, smelling nice. The pictures reflect the reality of the rooms.
The location didn't seem very safe. i heard a lot of noise from all the doors slamming when closing and too much noise from the steps on the second floor. there was no soundproof at all. Heating was not working when i arrived and was not able to be sorted out immediately.

the room was clean.
The parking situation proved inadequate as the designated area was accessible to other properties. This caused considerable inconvenience. the tv lacked a remote was great. a persistent banging noise from the roof disrupted sleep throughout the night.

the staff was helpful when i needed directions. my room had a tv.
The room wasn't very clean. there was dust on most surfaces and the bathroom floor seemed uncleaned. the shower had mold, and i found a used bar of soap. That was not very nice. plus, the noise from outside was loud at night. It was hard to sleep.

i was greeted warmly and received helpful suggestions for exploring the area. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room seemed like a true five star experience, it had all the amenities i needed.
the signage for parking could be improved slightly.
