The accommodation was equipped with tea and coffee facilities, very useful for me. Its location is near the station. My onward journey was fairly easy. The on-site manager was kind and helpful, so I felt welcome and at home. The breakfast in the shared kitchen was nice. It included bacon, eggs, bread, and cornflakes.
The carpet in my room had bad stains.

Breakfast is self-service in the shared kitchen and includes milk, juice, cereals, and butter. The kitchen also provides enough plates and pans, so I saved money on meals. The food was AMAZING!!!

My stay included a room that smelled of stale food. The shower fixture was broken. This made it hard to adjust the water flow. Communal areas looked grubby and needed attention. I didn't feel particularly safe there.

The bed was very comfy pillows were good too. I noticed sockets located in the head board. The shower was a good size towels were also good. Check-in was easy it met my needs.
I could hear a lot of noise from a neighbouring room late at night. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke that was unbearable. There were bites on my arm when i woke up.

A Solid Stay in Sutton

The location suited my needs perfectly. there was parking available right outside. The check-in process was straightforward and quick. I found my room to be quite spacious (more room to move around is always a win). The kettle with coffee in the room was a convenient addition.
I noticed a slight smell in the bathroom . It seemed like a drain odor that became more noticeable in the mornings.

Excellent Stay Close to Sutton Station

I found the hotel to be cheap and quite cheerful. The room was clean, and the bathroom was equally well kept. Check-in was easy with very friendly hotel staff. I used the free parking outside, and there were multiple spots available.
The mattress was rather thin and lacked the comfort I hoped for.
