My stay wasn't exactly smooth. The room reeked of stale smoke. I found several cigarette butts carelessly discarded near the window. The noise from the street was relentless. The walls were thin, and I could hear every conversation in the adjacent rooms. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

The hotel's location near Earl's Court underground station was so convenient. It allowed easy access throughout the city. I was glad to find many restaurants and shops just steps from the hotel. The staff was friendly during check-in, a good welcome after a long journey.

The location was quite convenient. I was close to public transport, very useful (especially for exploring the city). The room also had a kettle with coffee and tea. This allowed me to enjoy a beverage in the morning.
This made accessing my room on the upper floors a bit difficult. There was also no door handle on the inside of the room. It made closing the door from the inside awkward.

adequate stay with notable downsides
water leak
The bathroom sink emitted a foul odor. i noticed what looked to be mold within the sink drain. there was also a hole on the side. This caused water to leak onto the floor each time i used it. these issues detracted from the overall experience.

The room had issues. the tv did not work. the mattress springs were noticeable. the bathroom handle came off. It wasn't fixed. it got noisy.
