The location was fantastic! victoria coach station was very close. the staff was also super helpful and friendly. they let me check in early since my room was already available. This helped me a lot.
The facilities seemed a bit older, so plumbing and cleanliness weren't great, i must say. luckily, my room was on the first level, so i only had to go up once, but this might be something to consider if you have lots of luggage. the room was so small with the bed taking up most of the space.

The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly! the decor was perfect and made the place so cute. i found the hotel location quiet and pretty. A short walk to main attractions like westminster or buckingham palace was so convenient!
The shower temperature wasn't easy to adjust. It took a while to get it right.

the receptionist noticed i had trouble with the park gate across the street, they immediately came to help, opening it for me. the staff were very good.

The staff were very helpful. The location was great for my needs.
The room was quite small, and I found it a bit noisy at times. I could hear sounds from the adjacent room one night. This disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to relax properly in the evenings.

My allocated room turned out to be a real disappointment. it was unbelievably small, almost claustrophobic and made moving around difficult. the shower was a struggle. The water temperature fluctuated constantly and made it hard to take a comfortable shower. i found this quite inconvenient, especially after a long day.

The hotel's location is superb near Victoria Station, and multiple restaurants surrounded the hotel. The hotel was clean, tidy and smelt nice. Sunny, one of the staff members, proved helpful, showing a natural talent for hospitality.
The room was quite small, and the bathroom was also a bit on the smaller side.
