the room had all we needed. the location was very convenient with nice gardens. breakfast was excellent, and my granddaughter has a wheat intolerance, but the staff were very helpful. we had a really comfortable stay here.
we stayed a few nights and the room was not cleaned at all. the beds were not made, only fresh towels were provided. they did replenish the milk and toilet paper supply when it ran out.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I found the location very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a great selection , including a full English. I was happy with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
I noticed a slight smell of bleach in the room , but it wasn't too overpowering.

i found the staff very responsive when i needed a new bedsheet. they sorted it out quickly. the garden is pretty. breakfast had excellent choices with freshly cooked food.
the bathroom toiletries were the minimum, just tiny shampoo and shower gel.
