a pleasant stay
cooked breakfast community atmosphere good choice
the breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked breakfast. there was a very good community atmosphere in the breakfast room. the choice of times to have breakfast was convenient. i could take my time without feeling rushed.

excellent lodging experience
convenient location helpful staff
the room had all we needed. the location was very convenient with nice gardens. breakfast was excellent, and my granddaughter has a wheat intolerance, but the staff were very helpful. we had a really comfortable stay here.
we stayed a few nights and the room was not cleaned at all. the beds were not made, only fresh towels were provided. they did replenish the milk and toilet paper supply when it ran out.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I found the location very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a great selection , including a full English. I was happy with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
I noticed a slight smell of bleach in the room , but it wasn't too overpowering.

lovely room, excellent breakfast
responsive staff pretty garden fresh food
i found the staff very responsive when i needed a new bedsheet. they sorted it out quickly. the garden is pretty. breakfast had excellent choices with freshly cooked food.
the bathroom toiletries were the minimum, just tiny shampoo and shower gel.

breakfast is served in a conservatory. i found cereals and toast available with self-service. the full english includes a nice egg and local sausages, but i found the beans cold.

the staff were cute. they are also helpful and professional. i saw them make two trips to bring breakfast to a room when it rained, which showed dedication.
