the staff was attentive. the room was comfortable. the towels and linen were top quality. the breakfast was top notch with excellent coffee. ingredients tasted first rate.

no one was available in reception when i arrived. other guests waited. there were no obvious means of gaining attention.

i appreciated the spacious rooms and the beautifully decorated grounds. the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy working together. i especially liked the coffee, tea and drinking chocolate provided in the room.

i found that no shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bathroom. for the price of the room i expected these items. it would have been nice to have these amenities included.
