friendly staff comfortable room excellent coffee
the staff was attentive. the room was comfortable. the towels and linen were top quality. the breakfast was top notch with excellent coffee. ingredients tasted first rate.
no one was available in reception when i arrived. other guests waited. there were no obvious means of gaining attention.

the hotel offers lovely gardens and traditional comforts. the setting is tranquil and is located only minutes from the motorway. peacocks, guinea fowl, and ducks provided great interest to children in the party.

The room included a spacious bathroom! It featured a walk-in shower. The breakfast offered a continental selection, i found it great. I appreciated the communal fridge with fresh milk and water.
I noticed some slight wear on the carpet in the hallway.

the double room private bathroom was spacious tea coffee etc were available and i appreciated the milk jug in the fridge rather than plastic uht the bathroom included a nice shower and quality toiletries

lovely stay
spacious room decorated ground friendly staff
i appreciated the spacious rooms and the beautifully decorated grounds. the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy working together. i especially liked the coffee, tea and drinking chocolate provided in the room.
i found that no shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bathroom. for the price of the room i expected these items. it would have been nice to have these amenities included.

the double room was spacious and comfortably furnished the decor added to the overall appeal and created a relaxing atmosphere there was plenty of space for luggage and moving around easily.

the food was delicious with breakfast and evening meals beautifully presented the quality of the ingredients was noticeable and the meals were prepared with care and attention to detail a wide array of choices were provided.

the staff were attentive demonstrating a genuine enjoyment of their work they were helpful with requests and quick to offer assistance it created a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.
