check-in was quick and easy. the family room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, (i slept like a baby!). breakfast was delicious and filling. i found the location really convenient for exploring local attractions.
the stairs were a bit steep, but i managed!

I found several issues needed attention. The toilet door did not close properly. It needed repair. The tv was quite old, and the sound quality was poor. The settee looked old, and it should be replaced.
