fantastic stay, a true gem!
quick check-in spacious room comfortable bed convenient location
check-in was quick and easy. the family room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, (i slept like a baby!). breakfast was delicious and filling. i found the location really convenient for exploring local attractions.
the stairs were a bit steep, but i managed!

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
toilet door poor sound
I found several issues needed attention. The toilet door did not close properly. It needed repair. The tv was quite old, and the sound quality was poor. The settee looked old, and it should be replaced.

The location was central. the staff were friendly and quite helpful to me. the room had a good-sized bathroom. It was really clean. i appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room, and the price was acceptable.

I found the staff very warm and helpful. the hotel breakfast was nice. It was a good start to my day. i also found that the hotel had a great location. It was very central.
