the staff were very cute upon arrival. early check-in was accommodated, a gesture i appreciated after my long journey. the hostess was helpful, providing clear directions to the city center via the local bus route. the receptionist on duty was good and very helpful with our needs.

i noticed a slight layer of dust atop the headboard in the room, suggesting some areas need more detailed cleaning.

the hostess offered coffee while i waited for check-in this was a kind and unexpected gesture. a coffee machine was available in the reception area along with a good selection of teas. cutlery was provided upon request late at night.

The noise insulation was inadequate. I could clearly hear traffic from the motorway, disruptive. The mattress was also quite noisy. It creaked and groaned every time I moved during the night.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Donna at reception was lovely! Fatima, the cleaning lady, kept my room super clean, which I greatly appreciated. I really appreciated the efficient check-in and easy parking upon my arrival. The quick Wi-Fi was also a huge plus.
