a heartfelt stay

warm welcomeimmaculate roomthoughtful touch

The staff greeted me warmly, especially meg and nicola. the room was immaculate, almost like a small flat with two bedrooms. i found thoughtful touches, like milk in the fridge and tea bags ready for a brew, this made a difference.

The walls seemed a bit thin and i heard hallway chatter. I hope i wasn't too loud

the apartment featured comfortable beds and a lovely little garden area! it was spotlessly clean, which i found very reassuring, and the large tv offered entertainment after a long day, , made me really happy.

rickety furniturebathroom hole

my room needed improvements. The furniture felt quite unstable. There was a considerable hole in the bathroom. This allowed a cold draft into the room. IT gave me concerns about potential pests.

Acceptable stay, some issues needing attention

The shower pressure was quite poor. It was difficult to adjust the temperature, I never got it quite right. The kettle also didn't work. I had to go downstairs to ask for a replacement. The mirror in the bathroom, it was only above the sink. This wasn't convenient when using a hairdryer.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The outside smoking area was considerate! i found the location to be great for the station. the ale house pub, only a few doors away, has superb food and huge portions. This was just what i wanted!

The room i stayed in needed decorating and a plug socket was nearly loose. This needs attention urgently.

The lovely clean room had a comfortable bed. Though, instead of the chair, a little stool would be better, since it sticks out! the room was very quiet which was a bonus.
