The bedroom was spotlessly clean and decorated in good taste. A huge mirror on the wall. Breakfast the following morning was AMAZING!!! A huge variety of fresh fruits was available, with many options offered.

There was no signing in book upon arrival and I didn't see anybody at first. The light above the basin did not work. I found the mirror above the basin permanently leaning towards the floor.

I stayed in the superior king room! it had a super clean bathroom with modern fixtures and it felt new. I really appreciated the very effective, quiet air conditioning. It kept the room cool, great.

the hot water took a little while to warm up, it was SLIGHTLY inconvenient.

the staff were helpful. the room met all my needs and included comfortable facilities. i found the continental breakfast perfect, a style i appreciate. i could help myself to various selections stocked the night before, this was really convenient.

the self check-in process proved a little tricky. i arrived when it was dark, an unfamiliar environment added to the challenge. i could not get the shower to work, this was frustrating.

The fresh fruit tasted very good. It was a nice surprise to have complimentary breakfast items left in the fridge.

I was a bit annoyed we could not get the shower in our room to work. There was no access to staff to ask about it since the hotel and restaurant was shut . This made it difficult to get ready in the morning. I expected better service.

I noticed a distinct lack of staff presence. This was especially noticeable as the restaurant was closed . It made resolving a minor issue with the room's television difficult. The absence of readily available assistance was inconvenient, and I felt that a hotel should always have staff available for guest assistance.

the room was clean. the bed was indeed comfortable.

We encountered an issue with the house policy. No outdoor tabs were permitted. this restriction applied despite our status as overnight guests with full details on file. the absence of an iron in the room also presented an inconvenience, seemingly due to a history of misuse by previous guests.
