The bathroom was super modern! i found high quality fluffy white towels and lovely toiletries were supplied. the bedroom was very clean and beautifully presented. It had a lovely armchair. the bed was super comfy with high quality super clean bedding

the staff are always so FRIENDLY and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. My grandchildren visited for breakfast and were warmly welcomed. they tucked into full english.
i found the hotel in general was DUST. the room itself was not a'superior double room' as stated in the description. neither bedside light worked!

location was perfect for me because i was visiting friends. I found a walkway through to the supermarket carpark and it was close to the market square. it was very convenient.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. I was able to safely leave luggage after checkout. A taxi was arranged to take me back to the train station.
