The location was stellar for exploring. Included breakfast had a good selection. Parking on site was easy and very convenient. Staff were friendly. They were helpful when I asked directions.
I noticed the hairdryer was quite old. Its functionality was questionable, a minor inconvenience.

The free car park was helpful. It saved on city centre parking fees.
The kettle in my room was scaled and showed clear signs of neglect. It needed replacing. also, housekeeping clearly missed spots during cleaning. I saw dust in corners and on surfaces. this impacted my perception of cleanliness.

The breakfast had good variety and the service was quick I appreciated the complimentary fan and heater in the wardrobe. The parking area had many spaces and was easy to access I also found it a short walk to the river.

My room had clean linen and fluffy towels I found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities within the room. The room was quiet despite its location at the front of the hotel, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay they efficiently managed breakfast and room duties. The breakfast service was especially efficient. Staff ensured a pleasant start to my day each morning I spent there.

The breakfast offered both hot and fresh options I found cereals, yogurts, pastries and juice available. Tea, coffee and toast completed the breakfast selection, giving plenty of choices each morning, which I enjoyed.

the location suited my needs well, especially regarding the ease of access to nearby facilities. ample free parking was available, a definite advantage. the staff were polite throughout my stay, particularly during breakfast service. i found the breakfast to be well-prepared and satisfying.
the wifi signal was a little weak at times, i had to use my mobile hotspot once.
