The reception staff were cute and professional. Breakfast offered a great, well-organized selection of fresh food. The gym provided a good space for exercise. I received an unexpected upgrade to my roomwith a fridge stocked with complimentary water and snacks.

i found the employees amazing upon arrival and also appreciated the staff behind the bar and in the restaurant i had booked a room with a view of the racecourse, so i had a cute little balcony the room was ready when i arrived with my children. the staff were all very friendly and helpful

the exercise room was quite poor and limited my workout options i did still manage a decent session though
