helpful staff great variety awful noise uncomfortable bed
The staff proved very helpful. They answered every question I had. The room was clean. Housekeeping maintained it daily. Breakfast offered a great variety. Fresh pastries were available each morning.
The air conditioning unit made an awful noise. It was very distracting throughout the night. The bed was also uncomfortable. It seemed like two beds pushed together.

smart room nice staff
the room was smart and clean. there was a good range of choice for breakfast. the hotel was lovely. the staff were really nice, they made sure i had everything i needed.

the hotel offers a continental self service breakfast. it included pastries, toast, jams, fresh fruit juice, coffee, cereal, porridge, yoghurts, cheeses and ham. i found a good range of choice.

reception staff were very friendly and helpful. they added nice touches to my stay. one lady found out it was my birthday and left bottles of prosecco.

the location is great near the station and the city centre is easily accessible i found the rooms very clean. the staff were very friendly offering excellent service and assistance .

the location was central, and walking distance to many areas was convenient.
the room i had was small, and the standard of finish seemed low. the money i spent didn't match the room quality. it was like the room lacked attention to detail.
