I found the staff very friendly and helpful! They assisted with taxi orders and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast included a wide variety of food! The cleaning staff maintained a super clean environment and also communicated effectively in English.
I noticed the double room was actually two twin beds pushed together! This arrangement was less comfortable than a true double bed. Single duvets were provided. They were too small!

The location offers easy access to many objects! These are close and easily accessible on foot. There is a metro station nearby, in addition to the railway station, shops, cafes, and restaurants, thus, the hotel is conveniently situated.

The room was a joke labeled a 'standard'. it had two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything happening in the corridor.

I found the room clean and quite spacious. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well each night. the bathroom was a good size with a good shower. i also appreciated the staff. They were lovely and always ready to assist (which i appreciated a lot!). the breakfast was amazing, with many options to choose from. i liked the rooftop garden. It provided a peaceful space. the location was ideal. It made exploring so easy. there were many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
The vending machine only accepts coins. This was a slight inconvenience.
