i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room had good space for my needs. breakfast featured a decent and plentiful variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries. the location allowed me short walks to many points.
i noticed the hotel seems to need updates, especially with old fixtures.

a good breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, eggs, cheese, ham, muesli, fruits, vegetables, strudel, and cakes. the hotel has a luggage storage. there are rooms available with brand new linen, changed towels every day and refurbished bathrooms.

staff members assisted with early breakfast arrangements. they prepared items to take with me before regular hours. i observed that the reception staff was helpful. the staff helped with luggage storage too.

Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

My room was very clean. The beds were comfy and big enough! The hotel is near the center, it has everything for budget travel, I traveled alone. The staff is friendly. They are very helpful and kind.
The soundproofing could be improved, as it was a bit noisy at times.

The location is just perfect. Local transportation is five minutes away! It's near the square, just a four-minute walk, metro it's like two minutes work really good. The Railway station and bus stop with connecting to all places it's near.

The location was perfect. I could walk to the main attractions with ease. The breakfast offered good variety. It prepared me well for the day. The staff accommodated my early departure by preparing a small meal, and I thought that was very kind.
I noticed some wear in the hallways. The decor in some areas could use some updating. This did not affect the quality of my stay, though.

the reception access was awkward. it was on the second floor. there were six flights of stairs also.
