The location was excellent. it made walking to all the historical areas easy. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful (they even gave me tips on local spots). the breakfast offered a lot of variety. I especially loved the homemade coffee.
the old carpet in the room could use replacing.

I found a few things disappointing . the television didn't work at all, a bummer in the evenings. the heater in the room also seemed broken. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. it was like my concerns weren't really addressed (which wasn't great).

The location was wonderful. i found shops, restaurants, and many tourist sites nearby. the hotel had a magical feel, with decor resembling a castle. breakfast provided a rich experience with varied dishes and drinks. I loved the decoration.
The small closet included dry cleaner's hangers. This detail was an oversight.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It included everything i needed for rest. transportation was easily accessible, yet many points of interest were close. the staff was always available to help.

the staff were really nice, they were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations. they held my room key when i went out, i appreciated that. i was able to leave my bags there before and after checkout.

I found the staff VERY cute and helpful. The hotel location is SUPER central. Breakfast was AMAZING and had plenty of options. I especially loved the fresh fruit. I also appreciated the traditional hotel decor and its quietness.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small. I also noticed dry cleaner hangers in the closet.
