The hotel location was quite convenient. It was near public transportation and some local attractions. The room included basic amenities that i needed, the kettle was particularly useful.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway frequently. The mattress was quite firm, and it was not comfortable. I think it contributed to a restless night.

The location is great. I could walk to all main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was super clean and cozy. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety (especially the rolls!).

the reception provided handwritten notes i found a postcard magnet and sweets as a small gift it was a thoughtful gesture. i was able to leave my luggage at the reception after checking out that helped me a lot. the staff were helpful and very accommodating to my needs.
i noticed the rooms look a bit older compared to the pictures i saw online the rooms need to be updated.
