great location helpful staff fresh breakfast street noise firm bed dim lighting
the hotel's location was unbeatable. it was just a short walk to the astronomical clock (i could practically see it from the corner). i found the staff very helpful when i asked for directions. also, breakfast offered a decent selection of fresh items.
the noise from the street was noticeable at night. it disrupted my sleep several times (i think i woke up around 3 am). the bed felt a little too firm for my liking. i also found the lighting in the corridor a bit dim.

no tv bland breakfast
the room was clean.
i was disappointed there wasn't a tv in the room, i really wanted to watch something before bed. also, there were no coffee or tea facilities available, so it was difficult to get a hot drink in the morning. the breakfast also wasn't very inspiring, a bit bland for my taste.

ABSOLUTELY Loved my stay!
amazing location thoughtful staff kind service
The location was AMAZING. I could walk everywhere. The staff offered umbrellas when it rained, THAT was thoughtful. I also appreciated the suggestions they gave me for my trip. They even packed my breakfast when I had to leave early!
The facilities were basic. There was no kettle in the room, BUT I made do.

I appreciate the location of this hotel. It is only a few steps from the main square. The breakfast selection includes many choices. The hotel staff provided assistance with directions.
The elevator is narrow. It is difficult to manage luggage inside.
