The money exchange offered a better rate than the main train station. I got 22 czk per euro. the location proved convenient. the reception and breakfast staff were helpful. the breakfast selection had variations , keeping things interesting.
the halls lacked carpeting, so i noticed some noise at night and in the morning.

The hotel is very close to a metro stop. It is on the c line, so traveling around the city was very easy and quick. the walk to the central station is easy as well!

The wifi barely worked. Google maps was unusable. i told the receptionist, but they could not fix it. the cleaner threw away my empty water bottles, even though i wanted to refill them. the receptionist said it was their service, but i disagree. It is wrong for the cleaner to assume something is garbage when it is not in a bin. vegan options at breakfast were limited. Plant-based yogurt and hummus would improve it.

The room was spacious. The bathroom had both a shower and a jacuzzi type bath.
The walls were thin. I heard a family with kids above me. I could hear crying and stamping on the floor from 6 a.m. The pillows were thin, so I found them uncomfy.
