clean room streaming access comfy bed
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and very clean. it included air conditioning and streaming to the tv was available. the bed was also comfy.
the room was a little too warm even with the heater turned off. i opened the window, but it was still stuffy.

uncomfortable bed early alarm
the bed was not good. it was nowhere near as comfortable as i hoped. a fire alarm woke me up early.. i smelled burnt toast. it was not a relaxing start to the day.

the family room offered much space the beds were comfortable. it was very clean and ideal for our needs. staff ensured we had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
i noticed other occupants didn't respect those staying underneath them. there was some noise during the night.

the bed was comfortable. that was acceptable.
the room was small. i also felt that the breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for the limited options available. resolving this issue has been frustrating, and i am still awaiting a refund.

The family room had a twin room attached. This made it very easy to share with teenagers. The beds were very comfortable, and it was super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The doors have big gaps, so the fire strips don't do much (if you want a good sleep, this is important).

bad doors fire strip
the room was very clean and had everything i needed.
The doors are so bad i only stayed two hours (that says it all, doesn't it). i looked at the gaps on the first double doors. The fire strips don't do anything. i think you shouldn't stay here if you want a good sleep. there are just too many problems.

i found our family room quite spacious, which really helped with the kids. the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. i also appreciated the ev charging station right near the entrance, a very useful convenience.
a minor issue was that our family room felt a bit too warm, even after we turned off the heater and opened the window
