I found the room clean with everything necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful . There were Elemis toiletries provided as nice extras in the room. I found the WiFi performed admirably, maintaining a consistent signal throughout my stay.
I did hear some noise from the nearby road despite the hotel location.

the noise level was AWFUL. my room faced the main road, and the traffic continued LOUDLY throughout the night. also, i found the extra charge for using the gym quite irritating. the website implied it was included, BUT it was an additional fee.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is convenient.
The toilet flush did not work properly. i found this out after i used the toilet, quite embarrassing. also, i waited about twenty minutes to check in. There was no apology for the delay.

helpful staff spa access drain smell low pressure
the staff was really helpful! the location is convenient. i had access to the spa, and a discounted massage was a bonus. the room was also well laid out.
the room wasn't cleaned properly every day. there was also a drain smell in the bathroom. i noticed very little pressure on the water, too.

The room was a good size with a huge bed. The space was very comfy and tidy. The location was good for walking and close to the A1 for travel. Friendly staff assisted me.
