the location was amazing. i walked everywhere i needed. the staff proved very helpful and kind during check in. i could leave my luggage at reception both before and after checkout. the rooms were very clean.

The hotel offered a convenient location near the underground station. I appreciated the Tesco Express around the corner. It was so easy to get snacks. My room had a kettle with tea and coffee. A welcome treat after a busy day.
The staircase was a little narrow.

The location suited my needs well. It was ideal for traveling to and from Victoria station during my trip. The beds were also comfortable enough. I could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, and that was useful.
The shower drain seemed blocked. Water accumulated quickly when I turned the shower on, so I could not shower properly. I noticed the bedding did not look clean. The bottom sheet was wrinkled and dirty.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. It was quite close to the Pimlico underground station and also near Victoria station. Check-in and check-out were swift and simple.

The room was not clean the carpet was dirty. I could not find a way to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It took a long time for the water to get hot. This made showering inconvenient and a waste of water.

The location was really convenient for getting around. I liked that staff let me keep my bags there before check-in.. it was helpful. The room and toilet were clean. I felt safe .
The room became really hot, made sleeping difficult. The wifi signal was very weak in my room as well.
