The room had a large drawer under each side of the bed instead of a bulky dresser. It was a great layout. EVERYTHING was clean, and everything worked VERY well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel IS easily accessible from the station.
The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything outside my room.

The staff members fixed the TV quickly. Another staff member brought a space heater. Both were helpful and responsive to requests. These services were completed without delay and contributed positively to my stay.

the location was very convenient, close to the overground station.
The noise levels were quite high. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. the shared bathroom also needed more attention. It wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard before i used it, this was disappointing.

the location is excellent, very close to the overground station. the room was clean and well-kept, and the bathroom had a nice shower. i was able to borrow a hairdryer, very convenient. free tea and coffee was always available.
The room was very warm. The air conditioning did not cool adequately.
