I found the location quite convenient. Hyde park was easily accessible, and paddington station was nearby. the staff members were very kind. breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options like pastries and omelets.

The location was acceptable.
The room was small I found this to be a significant issue. The bathroom door was difficult to close I had to be outside the bathroom to shut it. The towel rail also made the bathroom uncomfortably hot.

the location was great near hyde park and the tube station. checkin time was at 2pm which was convenient after a long trip i had a restful sleep. the rooms looked newly renovated they were decorated nicely plus very clean.
the hotel was too warm thankfully the air con worked well in the room. the room was a bit smaller than i expected with a small double bed. the bathroom felt a bit tight too.

staff helped me with gluten free options for my wife at breakfast the staff was very friendly i always saw them smiling and offering assistance to all the guests there. the staff was quick and attentive to requests or questions i had.

the lobby had a complimentary coffee machine by the seating area. the lobby area was clean and inviting offering a place to relax the hotel had air conditioning in all public spaces.

the location provided easy access to hyde park a short walk away. paddington station was also close making travel simple. the immediate area had many restaurants and cafes available and the neighborhood not sketchy at all and secure.

the location suited my needs perfectly, i felt secure as a solo traveler. the proximity to hyde park was excellent. the reception area provided a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
The room i occupied was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos.
