mixed bag of issues
small bathroomself-service station
The bathroom was too small. I could barely move. the door made it even more difficult. also, finding someone to get a hot drink at breakfast was a task. A self-service station would have been much better. it feels like they were trying, but missed the mark on some key details.

A minor issue was the lighting position near the mirror. It made makeup application slightly difficult.

I found the hotel interiors excellent. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The Molton Brown toiletries added a touch of luxury. Breakfast included hot options, which I appreciated. The room had nice rolled towels and the decor was pleasant. I enjoyed the robes and the stacked mini bar.
My room was quite small.
