jackie gave a very friendly welcome! the room had a tidy appearance and i found an comfortable bed. there were superb views!

small room unattractive bedding
the location was central, useful for accessing nearby attractions.
the room was small, barely fitting the bed. the unattractive grey bedding did nothing to improve the space. i found the television did not work, compounding the issues.

Acceptable stay near Piece Hall
perfect location friendly staff nice touch suspect security difficult lock empty soap
The hotel enjoys a PERFECT location NEAR the piece hall. The staff was friendly. My room had a nice double bed. Included shampoo and tea and coffee were a thoughtful touch.
The room security looked suspect. I found the shared bathroom door difficult to lock. THERE wasn't enough toilet roll in the bathroom. The pump soap was also empty when i arrived.
