the staff at reception were very helpful the location was central i could walk to many attractions the building had a historical feel
the hotel did not offer breakfast i had to go elsewhere for that the older reviews made me hesitant the building lacked an elevator which was inconvenient with luggage

The location was really convenient for exploring the area. the staff was helpful. They answered my questions quickly. the room was clean, i found no dust. the provided toiletries were good quality. They had a nice scent.
the elevator was a little slow at times.

The location is very central. Staff members are helpful and attentive. My room included a kettle hair dryer and ironing board. The bed was soft and comfortable I slept well.
The building is a little old.

The hotel provides lift access. This made reaching my room with luggage very easy. There is also ample tea and coffee in the room this was a nice touch after a long journey.

peeling wallpaper unclean carpet
the location was good. it was a short walk to the piece hall.
the room was not up to par. i found the wallpaper peeling off, and the wardrobe was in poor condition. the carpet looked unclean (i'm not sure it had been vacuumed).

I appreciated the early check-in i received after a long trip. The manager was very kind to accommodate my need for rest. The large bed and quiet room allowed me to sleep soundly and wake up refreshed.
I found the lighting in the room somewhat dim (i could use a bit more brightness).
