the room was super clean i noticed a good amount of towels were available for us i liked the floor length mirror it was great the carpets looked clean too
there was no staff to talk to face to face i ran out of tea coffee etc and toilet roll no one was around to ask if i could get more i had to buy my own toilet roll parking was expensive

the room was spacious and clean the wifi signal was strong i appreciated the easy check in process with friendly staff. the location was great close to restaurants and other amenities i found it very convenient. i would definitely consider staying again.
the damage deposit policy was not clearly communicated on the website i did not receive an email about it beforehand.

customer service was superb with beth and michael providing excellent support the staff were helpful in guiding me and assisting with parking making the entire process smooth. holly was also helpful throughout my visit.

the room was clean and well appointed providing a comfortable space for my stay it was also very quiet which allowed me to catch up on much needed sleep. a good tv was available offering various entertainment options during downtime.

the location is convenient and close to restaurants this made it easy to grab a bite to eat the area is central and offers access to various attractions. the hotel is ideal for both overnight stops and exploring the city.
