i got an upgrade to a grand beautiful super king room it felt quite spacious i found the proximity to the station quite helpful for my travels the college was also nearby for my event i did appreciate the short walk to the town center too.
the room did show some minor wear and tear but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

the staff were polite they provided helpful assistance when needed the room received daily cleaning ensuring a tidy and fresh environment i felt that staff were very friendly.

the hotel restaurant includes both mexican and italian options i tried the mexican food and found it quite good the restaurant offers a comfortable setting for enjoying meals i felt that the bar provided a variety of drinks.

The room felt massive. I was happy about the comfortable bed. The location is close to the train station. The free parking was very useful too.
The hotel did not serve breakfast . This made the mornings a little less convenient. I had to find alternatives outside of the hotel.

the location was perfect and having onsite parking was great.
i was booked a whole ago but was not informed there was a function room with a party above our room which was banging music till after 12.30 pm. i got no sleep, and my 80 year old mother also didn't.

i noticed the room needs some repairs one of the windows had a repair and most of the blinds were torn

I appreciated the large size and cleanliness of the room. it also had a modern and clean bathroom. It was also spacious. the desk with a chair was useful, allowing me to easily work from my laptop.
the old beds made noise and were not very comfortable for sleeping.
