i found the staff helpful and accommodating. the free parking was a definite plus, especially since i had a rental car. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, especially before a busy day of meetings. the location next to a toby carvery provided convenient dining (i love carvery!).

the tv wouldn't connect to the internet which was a minor inconvenience.

The free parking was a major bonus. I saved money because of it. The recently decorated room felt fresh and clean. The pillows were so puffy and bouncy. I slept perfectly!!! Staff members offered helpful service.

I noticed a shortage of tables during the busy breakfast hours. Finding a seat in the morning was tricky. More seating would improve the dining experience.

the carvery next door provides excellent dining. i found free parking very useful. frequent buses run into the city center taking just twenty minutes, that was very convienent. the inclusive breakfast offered variety and was plentiful, a great way to start the day.

The hotel shows its age slightly. A little update would be nice.
