convenient location family room helpful staff
The location was convenient. It was next to king's cross station. the family room we stayed in suited our needs. i found the helpfulness of the staff touching when they stored our luggage after checkout.

basic stay near king's cross
compact room stuck window
The room was, shall we say, compact. it barely fit the bed, and maneuvering around it was an adventure. opening the window was impossible because it was stuck. Not a breath of fresh air! the tiny sink in the bathroom seemed like a joke.

The hotel is near st pancras train station , so travel was straightforward. the front desk staff answered my questions quickly. the room had basic facilities. It was clean , and the bed was firm.
