the location was very good , close to a lot of restaurants. the room was comfortable and quiet.
the toilet was seemingly well cleaned , but reeked of urine from the former guests. fridge was pre-set to very cold , meaning the fruit procured turned out frozen. sound travels well from both the street and the hotel corridor into the room.

I found a grocery store, Albert Heijn, very close to the location. It was convenient to have this option nearby. Both the studio split level and the double room I booked were roomy. Beds was soft, yet comfortable. The hotel provided complimentary luggage storage before check-in, and this was very useful.
Sound insulation was not strong, and windows had only one pane of glass.

Staff at the front desk provided support, and fulfilled requests when it was possible. Check-in and check-out processes was efficient, and this saved time. Staff was friendly.

The building has a maze like layout to get to rooms, and I found it interesting. The location is next to the canal, but the noise was manageable. I had easy access to attractions by walking.

The location was unbeatable. Everything was within easy walking distance. The staff provided excellent assistance. I especially appreciated the spacious triple room. We also found the price very competitive.
The walls seemed thin, I could hear noise from the surroundings.
