The quad room upgrade was a nice surprise. The staff was helpful with storing my luggage. I arrived early, but I stored my bag to explore easily.
The hallways showed some signs of needing updates.

i found the location central with public transport nearby. the staff were attentive. they arranged a birthday surprise for my mother. the room was well-equipped. we had access to coffee and tea throughout the day.
the water in the shower had limited supply. it made washing hair difficult. this might be an issue for longer stays.
