the staff were helpful at reception, i appreciated their assistance with local directions. the shower had consistent hot water and good pressure, a plus. the room included a small desk and chair, useful for working briefly.
the stairs were quite steep and narrow, it was difficult with luggage.

While there is no on-site restaurant, several cafes are within a five-minute walk. I saw many offering breakfast and lunch options. They was clean and well kept, serving a variety of cuisines.

The double room provided basic amenities, including a tv with several english channels. I also noticed a small wardrobe with hangers and a safe was available, though i did not use it. the bathroom had towels and soap.

The location was central, close to the main train station and several attractions. I could easily walk to many popular sites, it was convenient for exploring. the immediate area seemed lively, though the red light district is nearby.

The location was central, very close to the central station. The room offered a city view. It was quite gorgeous. I found many cute cafes and restaurants nearby! I also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily.
The stairs were quite steep and almost vertical. I was on the second floor, and it felt a bit challenging.

The location was amazing! it was so close to the centre, with bars, cafes, and restaurants just around the corner! the super nice team and lovely, especially tami and steph. i even stayed an extra couple of nights. They managed to get me back into the same room i had!
The stairs were quite steep. It was a bit tricky with my luggage, but that's typical for this kind of building!

the staff was friendly and helpful! they allowed me to leave my bags for free before check-in and after check-out. this was especially useful as i explored the city without having to lug around my luggage.

Although the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, the location puts you right next to numerous cafes and restaurants! there are plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just steps away from the hotel entrance. This is really convenient.

I liked the central location, made exploring the area simple. the reception operated twenty-four hours a day. this, and it was easy to get assistance when needed. the room was super clean. They cleaned it every day.
The stairs are very dangerous. carrying luggage was difficult. this could be a problem for travelers with mobility issues.
