Acceptable but Basic Stay

I found several issues impacted my experience. The stairs seemed endless. My room was on the top floor. The noise from the nearby flyover was constant due to ill-fitting old wooden windows. The check-in process involved writing down my card details including the CVV, which I found concerning regarding data protection.

helpful staffroom sizearena accessmissing detail
the staff was very helpful, providing useful directions. i found the room quite clean and a good size. the location is great for access to the o2 arena, a short bus ride away. i also noticed a bus stop just a minute from the building.
the deposit wasn't mentioned before. that detail would have been useful ahead of time.
