i found it close to the rugby stadium. the twin room was more than adequate for my one-night stay. the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. i really appreciated that the room was heated and the windows opened wide.
the furniture seemed a bit old.

I found parking available, quite convenient (a real plus in this area). the location proved excellent. I could easily walk to the stadium in just two minutes. breakfast was fresh, with a full english option, which i enjoyed. the team even gave us discounted passes to the legends lounge at the stadium.
my room was small, and the only mirror was in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal.

the staff helped me carry my things i arrived late but received a warm welcome the room was clean with a decent shower the bed was comfortable. i plan to stay there again i work in that area. its convenient for the rugby stadium too
