decent stay

the hotel location was fantastic. i could walk to piazza san marco and rialto bridge in just a few minutes! the staff were very friendly, which i appreciated.
The lack of air conditioning was a real problem . it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep because the unit didn't cut the humidity. also, the bathroom door needed to be slammed shut. It was quite annoying!

the staff was very helpful and friendly. this is important when visiting for the first time. thanks to all the staff including the kitchen and cleaning service. they were very cute!
the hotel is located in a small alley! it was not the easiest to find when we arrived late.

AMAZING Location and Service!

The video showing the walk from the vaporetto stop was VERY helpful. My phone GPS only worked sometimes. I loved that the route had no bridges to navigate with luggage. Breakfast included many options and was very good. The location allowed easy access to ALL places I wanted to visit.
The room was a bit small, though it was perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The room included good air conditioning and daily cleaning service. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and plenty of towels. The bed was firm and comfortable after a long day of sightseeing.

superb locationgood breakfastthoughtful staff
the location was superb, a short walk to main attractions made exploring easy. the breakfast offered a good variety. staff arranged a water taxi to the airport, a thoughtful touch, and carried my luggage. it was such a relief.

poor air conditioningslow drain
My experience had a couple of hiccups. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat. The room became quite stuffy, especially at night, and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The shower drain was also annoyingly slow. It seemed like I was standing in a puddle.
