A Charming Find

The breakfast had many choices including local delights. The room was bright with windows overlooking a canal. The private outdoor garden area was relaxing at any time of day.
She a relic and needs a little work when you state air conditioning is available it is nice when it is usable we paid a good amount of money for our reservation but standard of cleaning and hot water were not up to standards of price

The staff was very professional and helpful. They were always available to assist. The hotel garden was beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast had a nice variety and high quality. I found the location to be very convenient, close to many attractions.
The room's air conditioning was not very effective during the hot weather.

The hotel is near the bus station. This made it VERY convenient. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had many options. The garden area offered a relaxing space any time of day.
The interior design felt outdated and somewhat mismatched. The air conditioning was listed as available. HOWEVER, it was not very effective. The hot water was inconsistent.

I found the staff helpful and friendly, a big plus. the location was excellent. It was easy to reach many places on foot. i needed a water taxi and the receptionist booked it instantly. i'm really charmed by the service and location.
the room had a slight smell of dampness, a minor issue given the otherwise excellent experience.

the hotel has proximity to several parking lots, it is in front of a canal. the walk to piazza san marco takes about thirty minutes, while rialto bridge is twenty minutes away. many restaurants locate nearby.

A taxi came to the port. the hotel includes a beautiful garden at the back. the front desk personnel gave great restaurant recommendations and they ordered taxis. the bar was quaint. I found the garden very beautiful.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be better. the decor felt a bit dated. I noticed everything mismatched.
