I found the room very disappointing. it was quite old, and the bed was not good. I had a headache after sleeping there. the bathroom was tiny too.

the location was great.
the air conditioning was a real problem , it was impossible to regulate the temperature. the room was either too hot or too cold . also , the sheets felt rough , and the pillow was flat , it definitely affected my sleep.

the location was perfect, right in san marco. the staff were attentive and always available. my room included a tv and a mini fridge, very convenient.
the walls are thin, so noise from other rooms could sometimes be heard.
